Warranty Overview

Every device comes with a 12-month limited warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faults in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical or hardware failure not caused by misuse

It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops or spills

  • Modifications, unsupported accessories, or tampering

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation not following Landie instructions

ACL Rights

Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for major failures, and

  • A repair or replacement for minor failures

Nothing in this warranty limits your statutory rights.

What We’ll Do

If your Home Phone develops a fault within 12 months, we will:

  • Repair your product where practical

  • Or replace it with a new or equivalent item

  • Or provide a refund if a remedy isn’t reasonable

We will cover all shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at homephoneforkidspilot@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video where relevant

We aim to resolve all warranty requests within 3 business days.

Pilot Devices

Devices used in our pilot program have separate warranty coverage, which we will confirm with pilot participants individually.
