Warranty Overview
Every device comes with a 12-month limited warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Faults in materials or workmanship
Electrical or hardware failure not caused by misuse
It does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, drops or spills
Modifications, unsupported accessories, or tampering
Cosmetic wear and tear
Damage caused by incorrect installation not following Landie instructions
ACL Rights
Under the ACL, you are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for major failures, and
A repair or replacement for minor failures
Nothing in this warranty limits your statutory rights.
What We’ll Do
If your Home Phone develops a fault within 12 months, we will:
Repair your product where practical
Or replace it with a new or equivalent item
Or provide a refund if a remedy isn’t reasonable
We will cover all shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or video where relevant
We aim to resolve all warranty requests within 3 business days.
Pilot Devices
Devices used in our pilot program have separate warranty coverage, which we will confirm with pilot participants individually.
