Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We aim to keep shipping simple:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: Australia Post or courier partner

  • Free Shipping for all orders

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days

Pre-Sale Orders

If a Home Phone item is sold on pre-order, the expected shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page and your confirmation email.

If there are any delays to this shipping process, we will communicate with you as soon as we can.

Standard Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12 pm AEST are generally dispatched within one business day.

Orders placed after 12 pm ship on the next business day.

During busy periods, dispatch may take an extra day — but we’ll always communicate clearly.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking link

  • Delivery updates

If you’re unsure where your parcel is, you can always contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check the tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact us if the parcel appears delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it at no cost to you.
