All components meet or exceed Australian safety requirements.
Key Safety Notes for Parents
Not for children under 3 years of age. The device contains long cords and small parts which may be both a Strangulation Hazard and a Choking Hazard.
Adult installation required.
The device must always be connected by an Adult to a properly functioning power outlet.
Keep cords secured and out of reach of small children.
Do not use the device near water or outdoors.
If the product appears damaged, stop using it and contact us immediately.
Emergency Calling
Our Home Phone is being designed to support 000 emergency calling in accordance with Australian regulations for VoIP-enabled devices.
Full emergency-calling guidance will be provided inside the Owner’s Guide and online.
Materials
All plastics and components are compliant with Australian and international safety standards for electrical products.
Our devices contain no lithium batteries.
Ongoing Safety Updates
If we ever identify a safety issue, we will notify all customers and take immediate corrective action, including repair, replacement, or refund where required.
