Our Above & Beyond Guarantee
We believe our New Home Phone will help families connect in a whole new way. That’s why we offer an unconditional 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you’ve purchased a product from us and decide it’s not suitable for your family, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, or exchange, no questions asked.
To qualify:
Product must be in good condition with all original parts.
Packaging is appreciated but not required.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your item, we’re happy to help. Once your returned product is processed and received, we’ll dispatch the replacement immediately.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or develops a fault within a reasonable time, we will:
Repair it, or
Replace it, or
Provide a refund
We will cover return shipping costs for any faulty items.
